1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing and using this website, applying for membership, or contributing donations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Membership Eligibility and Account

Applying for RRCIDA membership involves providing accurate and truthful personal and identification details.

  • All membership applications are subject to screening and approval by the RRCIDA executive board.
  • RRCIDA reserves the right to reject any membership application or terminate existing memberships at any time if any submitted document is found to be forged, or if the member is involved in unlawful activities.
  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials and are fully liable for all activities under their account.

3. Code of Conduct for Members

All approved members must adhere strictly to our Code of Conduct. Members shall:

  • Promote crime prevention, digital safety, and civil rights awareness.
  • NEVER misuse their RRCIDA ID Card, designation, or certificate to extort, threaten, or assert unlawful authority over anyone.
  • Cooperate respectfully with local law enforcement agencies and comply with public safety directives.
  • Refrain from making public statements or committing activities that bring disrepute to the Association.

4. Donations and Refund Policy

All donations made to RR Crime International Detective Association are voluntary and intended to support our crime prevention and social welfare programs. Once a donation transaction is completed and a certificate/receipt is generated, it is generally non-refundable. If you believe a transaction error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Intellectual Property

All contents on this portal (including text, graphics, logos, certificates, ID card designs, and software codes) are the intellectual property of RRCIDA and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution of any materials on this website is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal actions or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
